There are twelve proposals today, 277 to 288, inclusive.
Before we start reading the proposals, 1 under-
stand there is a memorandum to accompany Proposal No.
205, which has been circulated today. It should be on
your desk. It is a two-sheet, four-page memorandum by
Delegates Case and Darby.
