connection between this and the baseball game this
afternoon is purely coincidental. Therefore, I move the
adoption of the Calendar and Agenda, with this amendment.
THE PRESIDENT: Is there a second?

THE CHAIRMAN: All in favor, signify by saying
Aye; contrary, No. The Ayes have it. It is so ordered.
The Calendar and the deleting of Item 5 is adopted. Next
item is the production and first reading of proposals.
There are twelve proposals today, 277 to 288, inclusive.
Before we start reading the proposals, 1 under-
stand there is a memorandum to accompany Proposal No.
205, which has been circulated today. It should be on
your desk. It is a two-sheet, four-page memorandum by
Delegates Case and Darby.
Delegate Proposal No. 277. The Clerk will read
the proposal.
