DFLEGATE JAMES: I ahppen to have a rule with
me. Executive Journal' "At the end of each executive
session the Executive Journal shall be turned over to
the Department of Executive Reference, who shall-arrancre
to have it printed with the regular Senate Journal for that
session. "
It is not true that it is completely secret.
During the course of the session it is, but eventually
it becomes available. It is delayed publication.

The cruestion arises on the aloption of Amendment
Ho. 19. A vote Aye is a vote in favor of the amendment.
A vote No is a vote against.
