ing with the other minority report, I wonder if you might
take up an amendment marked N.
THE CHAIRMAN: Yes, There is also an amendment
marked F. Do you desire to offer that at the same time, or
following it, or before it, either one?
DELEGATE GALLAGHER: Yes. I won't offer F,
because N is a little more complete and has in it the sug-
gestion made by Delegate Clagget yesterday.
THE CHAIRMAN; Very well, the pages will please
