everyone who knew him, Ralph Webster's contributions to
the people of his State will long be remembered.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CONSTITUTION
CONVENTION OF MARYLAND, that the deepest sympathy of every
member of this Convention be, and it is hereby expressed
over the passing of the Honorable Ralph R. Webster of
Allegany County, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of
this Convention is requested to send a copy of this Resolu-
tion to Mrs. Ralph R. Webster.

DELEGATE BEALL: Mr. President, I move the
adoption of the resolution.

and colleague of Mr. Webster's for more than forty years,
