DELEGATE PENNIMAN: Mr. President, I am pleased
to announce the election of Franklin Burdette as the
Vice-chairman of the Committee on Style.
THE PRESIDENT: Any other announcements by com-
mittee chairmen? Delegate Morgan?
DELEGATE MORGAN: Mr. President, the Committee
on the Executive Branch will meet immediately following
this session when we will hear from Delegates Henderson,
Cardin and Soul.
Tomorrow we have three witnesses. We will
meet at 10 o'clock, and we will hear Mr. Alvin Zumbrun of
the Maryland Crime Investigation Committee, Senator Edward
T. Hall, a member of the Legislative Liaison Committee
for the General Assembly, and Mr. Jerome Frampton, Jr.,
President of the State Board of Education.
