I desire to announce that I have assigned
Delegate Ritter to the Committee on General Provisions,
which was the Committee to which Delegate Webster had been
assigned, and that I have assigned Delegate Smith to the
Committee on the Executive Branch, which was the
committee to which Delegate O'Conor had been assigned.
The Chair recognizes Delegate Powers, Chairman
of the Committee on Calendar and Agenda.
