committee report and my only effort was directed toward a
decision on the question of whether we were to have sinq]
executives for all agencies other than education and I
would suggest that this is the key phrase that we are
voting on, and if you want single executives other than
education, you support Dr. Bard's amendment. If you
prefer to have a choice of whether you have boards in
education and elsewhere, then you vote against Dr. Bard's
amendment, i shall vote against Dr. Bard's amendment.
