DELEGATE KIEFER: Vice-Chairman Bruce Price
arrived shortly after the quorum was sounded this morning and
had to leave a few minutes ago to attend a funeral. Could
his presence be noted?
THE PRESIDENT: The Chair will note that Delegate
Price was present during most of the session this morning.

DELEGATE MORGAN: The Committee on the Executive
Branch will meet at 1:45 this afternoon in the Committee
room.
