say that the Staff inquired of the Attorney General very
early in the session whether Delegates and employees could
be covered by Workmens' Compensation. The Attorney General
sgSsted in his reply that the work of the Delegates is
not extra hazardous.

Department of Public Welfare. I leaned back in my chair
