DELhGATh MORGAN: Mr. Chairman, we have a
Minority Report on 4.18. Delegate Boyce will present it.
THE CHAIRMAN: The Chair recognizes Delegate
boyce to present the Minority Report, EB-I.

Delegate Stern.
UiiLHGATL STERN: I have an amendment that I dis-
cussed yesterday.
THE CHAIRMAN; What section?
DELEGATE STERN: It tells what we did yesterday
ana it is marked, AU. I wonder if we could get to that?
THE CHAIRMAN: You didn't present anything
yesterday; what section?
DELEGATE STERN: It deals with the Comptroller
and, I guess, it would be all the items which are blank.
There is no section number.
THE CHAIRMAN: Does your amendment have a letter?
DELEGATE STERN: A U.
THE CHAIRMAN: The Chair suggests Delegate Stern
