DELEGATE MORGAN; The Committee Recommendation
Number EB-I be amended to read as follows, and it is at the
Clerk's Desk:
Number one, the Committee recommends that a Board
of Review be provided for in the Constitution.
THE CHAIRMAN: The amendment, therefore, would
be to strike the word. Public Works, in Line 14, and insert
the word. Review.
