"Mrs. Agnes White Smith resides at 323 Ros-
siter Avenue, Baltimore City, Maryland. She is a native
Marylander and has lived in the Third District of Balti-
more for many years.
"Mrs. Smith has been an untiring worker and
leader in community activities, many of which were school
oriented. She also has teaching experience. To the
Convention she brings a broad background of experiences
with the people in the community. She knows and is con-
cerned with their needs in government.
"Her interest in the Constitutional Convention
led her to run in the election of the Delegates. There
were 63 candidates in the Third District of Baltimore
City among which eight were elected. Mrs. Smith came
in ninth. We therefore believe she truly represents
the wishes of the voters."
