The question arises on the adoption of Amend-
ment No. 7. A vote Aye is a vote in favor of the amend-
ment. A Vote no is a vote against. Cast your votes.
Has every delegate voted? Does any delegate
desire to change his vote? The Clerk will record the vote.
There being 105 votes in the affirmative and
22 in the negative, the motion is carried. The amendment
is adopted.
The question now arises on the adoption of Amend-
ment No. 8.- Is there any discussion? Delegate Harris.
DELEGATE HARRIS: Mr. Chairman, I would like
to say that now that we have passed Amendment No. 7, I
wish I was a sponsor. I can say the pressure is now off.
Maybe I can sleep tonight.
THE CHAIRMAN: Are you ready for the question?
