What comes to treasurer?
THE CHAIRMAN: Delegate Morgan.
DELEGATE MORGAN: The functions of the treasures-
under the executive branch article that we have would be
assigned to one of the principal departments of the state
government,
THE CHAIRMAN: Delegate Pullen.
DELEGATE PULLEN: It would not cover the
comptroller then?
