In connection with the various committee recom-
mendations which have heretofore been filed, you have noted,
I am sure, hat the various committees have reported on
numerous proposals to the effect that they are covered by
committee recommendations. Rather than read across the
:
desk, these reports covering more than 200 proposals I have
had the Clerk present to me memoranda listing these
various proposals which have been returned to him with the
report of the committee that they have been embraced in
committee recommendations.
So that you will be completely informed, I am
: filing this memorandum with the journal clerk; copies have
been reproduced and will be on your desk this morning.
This will enable you to determine the final action of

the committee on each of the proposals listed. Those
not listed have not yet been acted upon.
