simply say I am so confused that I do not have any advice,
Delegate Mason, and I am confused by the ruling of the
Chair here.

is not limited to Delegate Dorsey's confusion.
I would like to make a parliamentary inquiry
and then follow it with a motion.
Am I correct in assuming if the Committee
rises for a dinner recess that the pending motion to recon-
