to direct a question to Delegate Dorsey.
THE CHAIRMAN: Delegate Dorsey, do you yield
for a question?
DELEGATE DORSEY: Yes.
THE CHAIRMAN: Delegate Mason.
DELEGATE MASON: Delegate Dorsey, you heard
the question directed to Delegate Morgan by Delegate White,
and Delegate Morgan answered that if he were voting for him,
he would vote for reconsideration.
