There are many answers.
Some say it is a decline of moral standards and
sensibilities -- a phase of social order decay; others
say population explosion, inferior schools, congestion,
unemployment, racial hatred, the hippies and flower children,
H. Rap Brown and glue sniffing. I say it is the ugly
offspring of poverty and ignorance, iiis name is
Economic Exploitation, better known to the poor and lowly
as Broken Promises.
We must do something about the economic
exploitation of the r)oor; the broken promises that
are not meant to be kept. The delegates to this convention
do not have to be worried about being exploited. No
one takes advantage of us. We know how to take care of
ourselves. This recommendation is not intended to protect
us. It is only meant for the poor and downtrodden, because
there is profit in the poor. In the capitalistic system,
dog eat dog; buyer beware; lais sez-faire; the poor don't
know how to shop, don't know the difference in quality and
nrice. They haven't the slightest knowledge of the cost
of credit. These poor, in the televised, billboarded land
