DELEGATE BOYER: We gave consideration to shifting,
the proper wording or verbiage that should be in this
particular section. Certainly it was never our intent and
I do not think anyone's intent at this Convention lhat
[ this could be possible, by the slightest scintilla of

evidence, that your problem-t-ht-ou a-ie—should come
