Reverend Alphonse Rose, of St. Margaret's Catholic Church,
in Bel Air, Harford County.

REVEREND ROSE: Ladies and gentlemen, I would
like to begin first by reading a few sentences from the
Scripture. This is from Paul to the Athenians.
Live life, then, with a due sense of responsi-
bility, not as much who do not know the meaning
and the urpose of life, but as those who do. Make the
best of your time, despite all the difficulties of these
days. Don't be vague, but firmly grasp what you know
to be the will of the Lord.
Let us r)ray. I Oh God, your word remind us of the great persona
responsibility which devolves unon us here in this
chamber. To be a representative of the people is not |
