I understand that the regulations respecting
lobbying have been reproduced and that copies have been
placed on your desk. If you do not have a copy, or if
you want additional copies, will you please stop by
Mr. Martineau's office? I understand there are plenty
available.
With respect to the action today by the Con-
vention adopting the Rules as to compensation and
absentees, I would like to advise the Convention that
last week, pending the action by the Convention, the Comp
troller was instructed by the Secretary to pay the $25
expense allowance to every delegate who was present,
either at a committee session or at a session of the
Convention on each of the days that either was in session |
