be here for days, with four tiers, and perhaps as many
as ten different names for each tier, and I would hope
that this would be unanimously rejected.
THE CHAIRMAN: Any other delegate desire to
speak in favor of the amendment?
Delegate Mason, do you desire to speak against
the amendment?
DELEGATE MASON: I rise to speak against this
this amendment. I do not particularly like the name
Superior Court, being a resident of Baltimore City, I like
even less the name of the County Court of Baltimore City.
THE CHAIRMAN: Any further discussion?
Are you ready for the question? The clerk will
sound the quorum bell.
THE CHAIRMAN: The question arises on the adop-
tion of Amendment No. 2. A vote Aye is a vote in favor
of the adoption of the amendment. .\ vote No is a vote
against. Cast your votes.
Has every delegate voted? Does any delegate
desire to change his vote?
The clerk will record the vote. |
