THE PRESIDENT: Any motions or resolutions?
(There was no response.)
THE PRESIDENT: If not, the Chair recognizes
Delegate Powers.
DEFECATE POWERS: Mr. Chairman, I move the
Convention dissolve itself into the Committee of the
Whole for the purposes of considering orders of the day.
THE PRESIDENT: is the motion seconded?
(Whereupon, the, motion was seconded.)
THE PRESIDENT: All in favor, signify by saying
Aye; contrary, No. The Ayes have it. It is so ordered.
(The mace was removed by the Sergeant at Arms.)
(Whereupon, at IU:U7 a,m. the Convention re-
solved itself into the Committee of the Whole.)
THE CHAIRMAN: lhe Committee of the Whole will
please come to order.
We have unuer consideration Committee recommen-
dation No. JB-I, the Minority Report with respect to court
structure.
The Chair recognizes Delegate Johnson and
requests he come forward to the reading desk.
