THE PRESIDENT: Is there any further discussion?

THE PRESIDENT: Are you ready for the question?

The question arises on the motion to approve the resolu-

7

tion adopting the regulation contained therein with res-

8

pect to lobbyists. A vote Aye is a vote to adopt the

9

regulation. A vote No rejects. All in favor, signify

10

by saying Aye. Contrary, No. The Ayes seem to have it.

11

The Ayes have it. The resolution is adopted. Thank you,

12

Mr. Scanlan.

DELEGATE SCANLAN: Mr. President, is it not

14

necessary to move that the regulation be contained as an

15

appendix when the rules are finally prepared, or is that

16

an administrative matter?

THE PRESIDENT: I believe that would be desir-

18

able. I would like for you also to include in your motion

19

a direction that the Secretary cause the regulation to be

20

published in such newspapers as he deems appropriate.

21
