DELEGATE MUDD: Not at our committee level,
but we feel that the functional divisions which may be
created by rule could, for instance, perpetuate in Balti-
more City a functional division of a court of limited
jurisdiction that dealt only with traffic matters, if
that was the desire of a particular jurisdiction.
