aediate Court of Appeals and that court can be expanded ftn
number of judges increased, then that will relieve the
Court of Appeals possibly of some of the work it is now

Raley, is we put in the word "exclusively" in Section
S.OI. Our recommendation advises the judicial power of
the state in four tiers exclusively, which would necessitate
constitutional amendment to provide other constitutional
