THE PRESIDENT: I understand there is a slight
problem with part of the electrical equipment in the
State House, which is being corrected, but is perhaps
not now in full operation. This may or may not prevent
the accurate operation of the roll call. We will try the
roll call by the machine. If it doesn't operate, we will
do it by voice. Roll call.
