THE PRESIDENT: The lawyer in him will show.
DELEGATE HARRY TAYLOR: There are two Taylors
and two Smiths in the house, and i don't want to claim
unfair credit for the many bills that the other Taylor
or the proposals that the other Taylor has introduced;
and I suggest that those of us who have names like Smith
and Taylor, when we do introduce these proposals, so that
1 won't get any unfair credit, I would like to have the
other Taylor designated as Lloyd Taylor, and I will desig-
nate myself as Harry.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Taylor, the Clerk is
attempting to do this in every instance. If he isn't, I
apologize for it. There are at least a half dozen of
these cases. With respect to your valued report, we
have been pressing the printer on that. He promised he
would have an additional two hundred copies by noon today.
Copies have not arrived, although noon did. I sincerely
hope we will have at least that many more by Friday, at
which time he promised another thousand copies; so you
should then have ample. I doubt if we will get a thousand
by Friday, but they should be here by Monday. |
