one, to reach a final decision on the question of the
creation of the Committee on Public Information; and, two,
to consider a report of a subcommittee on a proposed rule
with respect to the filling of vacancies in the Convention
should they occur. Tomorrow the Committee will meet at
noon at the same place, at which time we invite any
delegate who has opinions or comments about the proposed
second report of the Committee with respect to the
possible regulation of lobbying before the Convention to
come and give us the advantage of your comments. We will
proceed to the very important business of electing a
vice-chairman.

DELEGATE MORGAN: Mr. President, I would like
to state, I made the announcement previously that this
afternoon the Committee on the Executive Branch will
meet at 3:30. We will hear Delegate Kathleen Robie and
Judge Finan.
