THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Proposal No. 80
is referred to the Committee on Personal Rights and the
Preamble.
May 1 inquire whether every delegate has on
his desk a copy of the second report of the Committee on
Rules, Credentials and Convention Budget, and a commentary
on that report? I understand that the commentary was
distributed yesterday and the report today. Does any
delegate not have either of those papers? The Chair
recognizes Delegate Powers, Chairman of the Committee
on Calendar and Agenda.
DELEGATE POWERS: Mr. President, I move that
the daily calendar and agenda for today be amended so that
a report of the Committee on Rules, Credentials and
Convention Budget may be received.
