Delegate Proposal No. 72. The Clerk will read
the proposal.
MR. BURRELL: Delegate Proposal No. 72,
by Delegate Dorsey, a proposal that on and after July
first, 1972, the State of Maryland and political sub-
divisions thereafter, shall not levy nor collect any tax
on income from any person or corporation nor shall
the said state or political sub-divisions thereof, collect
any tax on earnings or pay roll.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Proposal No. 73, the
Clerk will read the proposal.

proposal providing for residence qualifications for
senator and delegate.
