in that capacity.
May I also remind the Delegates that on Friday,
September 22, at ten a.m., the Committee on Judicial Branch
will be concerned specifically with those sections of
the proposed draft Article V, having to do with the
selection and tenure of judges, a subject we feel of genera
interest to all Delegates, and we welcome their attendance.

todays' preliminary session, but will meet tomorrow morning
