21		 THE PRESIDENT: The Convention will please come
to order.
The invocation today will be offered by the
Reverend Winslow Shaw, First Presbyterian Church, Annapolis.
(Whereupon the invocation was offered by Reverend
Winslow Shaw.)
THE PRESIDENT: The roll call.
(Whereupon the roll call was taken.)
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Finch, Delegate Gleason,
Delegate Grumbacher, Delegate Connor, Delegate Rush, Delegate
Stern, Delegate Webb, Delegate Webster.
The Clerk will record the roll call.
A quorum being present, the Convention is in
Session.
The Chair recognizes Delegate Powers, Chairman of
the Committee Calendar and Agenda.
DELEGATE POWERS: Mr. President, I move the adoption
of the report that is on the desk of the Delegates.
THE PRESIDENT; Is there a second?
(Duly seconded.)
THE PRESIDENT: Any discussion? All those in favor
