I want to thank the other 141 delegates to

this Convention as a Commission Member for having at

least justified in my mind the many hours of time that I

have been married to constitutional revision. (Applause)

(The Secretary of the Convention, Robert J.

Martineau, and the Chief of Staff, John C. Brooks, walked

7

up to the rostrum and stood with President Eney.)

THE PRESIDENT: I have asked the Secretary

9

of the Convention and the Chief of Staff if there is any

10

last detail that needs to be tended to before we adjourn

11

sine die. They both assure me that everything that

12

needs attention has received attention, and that relieves

13

the Chair of all further responsibility.
