four months here, but her grandfather spent many, many

2

years of his life as a delegate and as President of the

5

Senate across the hall, the Honorable Lansdale Eastman

4

Sasson. (Applause)

5

THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Kiefer.

6

DELEGATE KIEFER: Mr. President, in addition

7

to my good wife who is one of the family now sitting up

8

in the balcony where she sat so many times , and my

9

sister, Mrs. Stone from Pennsylvania, I would really

10

like to ask you to welcome a couple from Anne Arundel

11

County, Mr. and Mrs. William Tretbar. Mrs. Tretbar

12

is one of those people dedicated to community service.

13

She came to our committee meeting and testified on her

14

own personal behalf as a private citizen. We did not have

15

enough of that. I therefore suggest we give them a

16

hearty welcome. (Applause)

17

THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Bard.

18

DELEGATE BARD: Mr. President, I hope we will

19

recognize all of those who have not yet been recognized

20

in the balcony and who love us dearly. (Applause)

21

THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Churchill Murray.
