Well, I slipped up again. I am supposed to

keep the rostrum until the President and the Secretary of

3

this Convention affix their signatures to the Constitution

4

on the historic desk from the Old Senate Chamber.

Maryland Constitutional Convention seated at the historic

7

desk from the Old Senate Chamber, certified the draft

8

Constitution by affixing his signature to it.) (Applause)
