THE PRESIDENT: The question is called for.

The question arises on the adoption on third and final read-

ing of Sections 9.02 through 9.10 excluding 9.07.

A vote Aye is a vote in favor of the adoption of

5

these sections. A vote No is a vote against.

Cast your vote.

(Whereupon, a rollcall vote was taken.)

THE PRESIDENT: Has every delegate voted?

Does any delegate desire to change his vote?

The Clerk will record the vote.

There being 122 votes in the affirmative and 2 in

the negative, the motion is carried and sections 9.02, 9.03,

13

9.04, 9.05, 9.06, 9.08, 9.09, and 9.10 are finally adopted.

Again while the Chair does not believe it is

necessary out of an abundance of precaution in view of the

16

rules of the Convention, the Chair now submits to you the

17

question of final adoption of Article 9 consisting of Sections

18

9.01 to 9.10 inclusive. i
