THE PRESIDENT: I think the point is well taken,

Delegate Gallagher. Would not the sentence properly read,

"boundaries of districts shall be redrawn in 1982 and in

every tenth year thereafter, according to these standards"?

That wouldn't do it either.

DELEGATE GALLAGHER: Yes. If you move the

entire line up, line 10, I think it would preserve more

accurately the intention of redistricting or redrawing every

ten years.
