DELEGATE POWERS: I would answer that by
saying that our paramount objective is to give everyone
a reasonable opportunity to express his opinion on any
subject and that if we reach a point where it appears that
delegates are not being afforded a reasonable opportunity,
something will be done so that they will be afforded such
opportunity.
DELEGATE MALKUS: Mr. President, I am very
grateful to the gentleman.

The question arises on the adoption, the motion to adopt
the calendar. All in favor, signify by saying Aye;
contrary, no. The Ayes have it. The motion is adopted.

of the Chair, I would like to direct the attention of the
