I think one of the greatest mesmerizers I have

seen is Delegate Sherbow. He is a very good friend of mine

His art and mesmerization goes beyond my saying, and I

ask Delegate pherbow to teach me a little of that order.

It really comes in handy.

So you know you have a Marylander within the

7

Constitutional Convention who knows how to mesmerize,

8

and you also have to have a Chabot to know how to Chabotize

9

and a Scanlan who knows how to Scanlanize.

This nomenclature may go down in history.

I don't know who will give you these words, but I

am sure there were more than many wise men out of this"

Convention, and may I also say we have a pretty good case

14

to give to the electorate.

I would also say that I would like to thank

the people that sent me here from my district. I really

17

deem it a tremendous privilege and an honor to serve

18

with such a momentous body, and I want to thank all of you

19

that I know you. I have met some wonderful people.

20

I have gained a great dal of knowledge. My seat mates

21

have been wonderfully grand people, and the committee
