In submitting the document to you for final

votes, it will be submitted in these divisions: First,

the preamble, next, Article I, and then successively each

12

article through Article X.

Next, the Schedule of Transitional Provisions

and next the Schedule of Legislation.

Inasmuch as the entire document is open to

amendment, it will be submitted to you first in these

17

divisions for purposes of amendment.
