DELEGATE FORNOS: Mr. Chairman and fellow

delegates, I have the privilege of presenting two amendments

14

to the Contonittee on the Judiciary Sections of the

15

Transitional Provisions and on the Transitional Legislation,

16

I would like to acknowledge the very hard work of Delegates

17

Gilchrist, Gill, Lord, John Smith, Marvin Smith, and

18

Delegate Willoner in miking these amendments possible as

19

well as the Committee Counsel, Bill Adkins.
