THE PRESIDENT: Delegate James.

DELEGATE JAMES: Mr. President, I don't seem

to have a copy of Resolution 26.

DELEGATE DULANY: Yes.

THE PRESIDENT: Will the pages please get a

copy of Resolution 26?

DELEGATE JAMES: I would like to know whether

this resolution would authorize the President to possibly

13

join with the General Assembly in conducting necessary

14

research. I believe you said that, and I want to make

15

sure that that is correct.

DELEGATE DULANY: That is our intention. We

17

don't have it spelled out specifically. It was our

18

intention that the Committee and the President would be

19

working in connection with the General Assembly. Certainly

20

the staff that would be appointed by this Convention or

21

bv the President of this Convention would be working for
