the group and be read before consideration and probably
the mistake did some good because it has changed the
rule.

The Chair recognizes Delegate Scanlan for the purpose of
making the motion. It seems to me that in view of the
number of changes, it might be desirable to take them up
separately, Delegate Scanlan. I wonder if you would
want to consider the proposed change in Rule 46-A before
you consider the change in Rule 35 inasmuch as the change
in Rule 33 depends upon the amendment of Rule 46-A.
Or you could take those two together, if you wish.
DELEGATE SCANLAN: The committee favorably
recommends and we move the Convention adopt a new Rule
46-A as it appears on Lines 41 through 48 of Page 5 of
the Twelfth Report of your committee. |
