DELEGATE KOSS: Mr. President, the Committee on
Suffrage and Elections will meet tomorrow at 10:00,
after the session tomorrow if possible, and tomorrow
evening.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Gallagher?
DELEGATE GALLAGHER: Mr. President, the Com-
mittee on the Legislative Branch will meet immediately
after this session to take up one pending matter. Also,
to combine proper celebration of Mr. Gilchrist's birthday
with a Halloween party.
We will meet tomorrow morning at 9:50 and hear
Senator Schneider who asked to be heard and will meet
at 7:45 tomorrow evening.
