The Chairman of the Committee of the Whole
reports to the Convention that the Committee of the Whole
has had under consideration Committee Recommendation
No. GP-1. It has approved Committee Recommendation No.
GP-1 with amendments and so reports to the Convention.
In accordance with the Rules of the Convention, the
Committee Recommendation No. GP-1 with amendments is
referred to the Committee on Style, Drafting, and Arrange-
ment.
I have to pause just a moment. The debate
