Schneider ask the Convention that probably all his fears
could be allayed by the General Provisions Committee in
writing up carryover provisions of our present Articles
of the Code defining what the militia is.

If not, the question before the Committee of the Whole
is the Committee Recommendation No. GP-1 as amended. Is there
any discussion?

The question arises on the approval of Committee Recommenda-
tion GP-1 by the Committee of the Whole, approval of the
Recommendation as amended.
