such times" are superfluous. I believe the wording,as
Delegate Bamberger has put down, is adequate and really
covers the situation here.
THE CHAIRMAN: Any further discussion on the
amendment? Ready for the question? The question, as
divided, arises on the adoption of the amendment in
Line 14 of Page 1 of the Committee Recommendation GP-1,
strike out the words "at such times." A vote Aye is a
vote in favor of the amendment, a vote to strike out the
words. A vote No is a vote against the amendment, leaves
the language in the form presented to the committee. Are
you ready for the question? All in favor, signify by
saying Aye; contrary, No. The Ayes seem to have it.
The Ayes have it. Motion is carried. That portion of
the amendment is adopted.
The question now arises on the second portion
of the amendment in Line 15 to strike out the words
"may occur" and insert in lieu thereof the words "is
