The essential difference is in the center phrase

in the Hanson amendment, the phrase is property owned and

operated as farms by bona fide farmers. In the Barrick

amendment it is property devoted to Agricultural use.

chairman of the committee to indicate that there was

absolutely no difference between the Barrick amendment and

the Committee on Style's recommendation here?
