agricultural property shall include agricultural use and non

be defined simply by the way in which the property happens

We had the proposal within our committee to make it as

defined by the General Assembly by law. I had this checked

13

with the members of the Committee on State Finance and

14

Taxation, and I was assured this created no change in the

15

meaning of the words and of the discussion here in the

16

Committee of the Whole.

THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Clagett, I think Delegate

18

Sherbow, as chairman of the Committee on State Finance and

19

Taxation has indicated the intention of the language in the

20

section before it was changed by the Committee on Style,

21

and the language as changed by the Committee on Style is the
